Mrs. Patricia is one of the owners of our company as well as our Lead Event Planner. Out of the Tampa wedding planners that are out there, Patricia is one of the most dedicated that you will find. She takes immense pride in the quality of her work. A prideful workmanship that she attained in her 15+ years experience in Event Management while working for the Sheraton, Marriott, and Hilton Hotels.
Mrs. Patricia will be your number 1 point of contact. Whether your needs are researching information on the Davis Island Garden Club, or any other Tampa wedding venues, preparing your plan for your favors or your wedding day emergency kit, or even help with designing a black wedding color scheme that works, Mrs. Patricia is the planner who makes your dreams a reality!
Mrs. Patricia has 5 children and outside of hospitality and event planning she has a background in Nursing. She has big blue 90 pound pit-bull that she calls "bon-bons". Her choice to pursue her own business comes from the joy she gets from bringing a bride and grooms wedding dreams & vision come true. She would love the opportunity to help plan your perfect wedding event.
John Falero
Event Planner
John has an educational background in business management and serves multiple roles alongside Mrs. Patricia. John may work with you alongside Patricia depending on how much work may go into the wedding planning, vendor research, and inventory management related to your wedding event. If you want to have a large Wedding Arch or a Wedding Gate, John would be the one to build it for you or source it from a wedding vendor in Tampa or the surrounding areas of Florida. If you are looking to have a Sunset Beach Wedding, Mr. John would oversee the set-up of the necessary chairs and vendor equipment while Mrs. Patricia was with the bride.
John and Patricia work together on building a budget for your event, resourcing cost savings, and finalizing your vendors and the team for the day-of. Assistant Event Planner
Mackenzie Johnson
Mackenzie is one of our Assistant Event Planners. Mackenzie is also a part of our catering operations. She handles clients who have a special wedding charcuterie table request as well as coordinates planning for Tampa weddings that request our Chocolate fountain services. (Or Cheese!)
Mackenzie, A recent Bride, had a navy and burgundy wedding and since has a love for the wedding industry; much like her Mother, Patricia. Mackenzie works hands on with brides for any of their requests. She may also help in your venue research and touring or even with deciding your wedding place settings our wedding sweetheart table décor. Mackenzie is a very versatile employee and is always aiming to help our clients in any way that she can.
